Any challenge is good for your clients to bring out their most competitive side!

To create movement on social media, ask your clients to post a video doing the challenge at your facilities and tag your gym. This will make all your followers see your gym and be able to take a look at your profile, your website or follow you.

3. Post training or nutrition tips
If you stop to think about why you follow social media accounts that are not those of well-known people, they surely offer you relevant content. Whether humorous, educational or aspirational, any interesting content has its audience.

So that your potential clients can follow you, offer them training advice and tips to improve their exercise technique.

It is also interesting to share content related to nutrition, since many people still train without taking into account that their diet can influence their progress for better or worse.

Can’t think of anything to post? Write down your clients’ doubts and generate content to solve them!

4. Have a giveaway
One of the easiest techniques to get followers is to run a giveaway. We recommend that you do not raffle something physical, but rather a two or three month membership at your gym. If the person who wins it has been training at your facilities for two or three months and is happy, they will surely stay!

On the other hand, you will ensure that everyone who participates in the raffle is a potential customer, since no one participates in a raffle whose prize they do not intend to redeem.

5. Follow business followers in your area
And here’s the last trick: look for businesses in your area and follow their followers. For example, if there is a cafe or a decoration store next to your gym, it is quite likely that their followers are located nearby. You can also look for neighborhood associations in the area or the town hall itself, if you are in a small town.
